Iced Luna Blue Lemon Tea

Iced Luna Blue Lemon Tea 


  • 1/2 lemon, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 to 1 tsp of Luna Blue Matcha
  • 3 cups hot water
  • 1 tbs raw honey/agave syrup optional


  1. Using a fine mesh sifter, sift Luna Blue Matcha into a glass carafe or pitcher.
  2. Pour hot water into the carafe.
  3. Add raw honey/agave syrup to taste
  4. Add Lemon slices and gently stir to watch the colour change from blue to purple.  
  5. Place into the fridge to completely chill for 3-4 hours for the flavors to release.
  6. Add ice to serve.
