Iced Luna Blue Lemon Tea
Ingredients
- 1/2 lemon, thinly sliced
- 1/2 to 1 tsp of Luna Blue Matcha
- 3 cups hot water
- 1 tbs raw honey/agave syrup optional
Method
- Using a fine mesh sifter, sift Luna Blue Matcha into a glass carafe or pitcher.
- Pour hot water into the carafe.
- Add raw honey/agave syrup to taste

Add Lemon slices and gently stir to watch the colour change from blue to purple.

Place into the fridge to completely chill for 3-4 hours for the flavors to release.
- Add ice to serve.
