Luna Blue Matcha Latte


  • 1 tsp Luna Blue Matcha
  • 1 cup milk (oat, almond, or alternative)
  • 1 tbs Maple syrup to taste

Method - Saucepan

  1. Place milk into a small saucepan over medium-low heat, whisk milk, maple syrup and Luna Blue Matcha until the ground powder has dissolved.
  2. To create a frothy latte, whisk vigorously
  3. Pour into a double walled glass coffee cup, use a fine mesh sifter to lightly sprinkle additional Luna Blue Matcha to top. 
  4. Using a fine mesh sifter, sift Luna Blue Matcha into a small saucepan a mug or double wall glass coffee cup.
