Australia:

FREE shipping in Australia when you spend over $50.00
FREE click & collect in Port Stephens. (Please email hello@nourishedcove.com.au or direct message us through Facebook/Instagram to make private arrangements regarding pick up in Tanilba Bay NSW).

All other shipping is worked out on standard Australia Post rates as follows:

Standard Shipping (small parcel) 0-1kg = $6.00

Standard Shipping (medium parcel) 1-5kgs = $12.00

Express Post (Small) 0-1kg = $12.00

Express Post (Medium) 1.5kg = $15.00

International: Flat rate of $20

Where are you located and do you ship internationally?

We're based in Port Stephens, Australia and yes, we ship internationally with the exception of the following countries: Afghanistan, Brazil, Guatemala, Indonesia, Iran, North Korea, Mexico, South Africa, Portugal, Syria and Yemen, this is due to unreliable postal services. 

Please Note: All orders placed to Oman, Qatar, UAE and Saudi Arabia need to include a PO Box as a part of their address. This is a requirement for the local postal service. 

Postage times

Orders usually leave our warehouse within 1 - 3 business days. At times of sales, seasonal offers and launches, there may be a delay in processing orders. We ask for your patience in these busy times.
Once your order is posted you will be notified via email which will include tracking details.
